Any modifications, scope extensions, or deviations requested during the work period will incur additional charges. Adjustments will be calculated transparently based on material variations and extra labor hours.

All instructions and change requests must route strictly through the authorized Ply Interiors Project Lead. Clients must not issue direct instructions to on-site workers. Ply Interiors is not liable for unauthorized alterations made with site workers.

Milestone stages and disbursement percentages are linked to project progress:

Note: Site operations or deliveries are paused automatically if payments remain unsettled beyond 3 business days of the milestone.

All token advances and milestone disbursements are non-refundable, as funds are committed immediately toward project execution.

The Client is responsible for securing building permissions and ensuring continuous power and water supply. Delays due to restrictions or utility outages extend the handover timeline.

Estimates assume continuous access to a service elevator. If unavailable, manual haulage charges will be billed based on actual labor costs.

For seamless completion, Ply Interiors technicians and carpenters will remain stationed at the site during execution, utilizing basic available amenities.

Materials comply with brand warranties (10-Year BWR / 15-Year BWP, as per selection). A workmanship warranty applies for 1 year from handover. Keys and site possession are transferred upon full financial clearance.
